I cannot say enough about them folks at Dickson’s Restoration. We had a water leak in June 2024, two days before a 2 week vacation. Our wood floors were ruined. I called Chad and they showed up and took over. Fans and dryers to dry it out. I left them the key and went on vacation. We had no worries. Austin kept us updated on everything. I called at the beginning of the month of June 2024 for some water damage/door frame to be looked at and to be given a quote for it. Two guys came out, late, by appointment and didn’t hardly inspect the door/floor with water damage and told me they were going to give me a quote via email. It’s been 3 weeks and I never received anything. I will be taking my business elsewhere. So unprofessional.
