!! The self pay patient will be in for a struggle because the lady at the desk is not at all complying with the discount system. !! I waited almost two hours after my appointment time to see the doctor although they never did come out and tell me why I’m waiting so long. And when I finally did see her, she had to leave the room and answer her phone three or four times. Well I’m coming to the end of my prenatal / postpartum appointments. I couldn’t have be happier to of chose this spot for care. I had Dr.Peplinski. I would drive from Clarksville to Dickson for every appointment. I’ll probably keep doing so. They were the only spot that took me when I moved from Memphis over up in this area. Dr. Haneline has been my absolute favorite doctor in every aspect. She makes me feel that her focus is solely on me and also discusses information in a way that allows me to throughly understand. She gives me my best options and discusses the pros and cons and how they apply to me directly. She is my favorite of all healthcare professionals I've interacted with including 5 GYNs. I could never find a better doctor. I have been a patient of hers directly for 10 years next month and have experienced 3 pregnancies with her.
Dr Peplinski and the staff here are FANTASTIC. I cannot stress that enough. I feel at home here and that’s because of the women that work so hard to make that happen. I wish I could have experienced my first two pregnancies here but I’m so grateful to have it with my last. I felt seen and heard by Dr Peplinski with all of my worries and felt celebrated with any victory (gestational diabetes numbers). Dr peplinski was absolutely amazing she listened to my concerns and always reassured me when i was in labor she coached me through every contraction if i could give her more stars i would she definitely deserves it
