They really did a disservice to me and my family. Lack of communication and service costs me money and time while putting my family in danger. I would recommend you find a better broker to protect your family. Even with multiple lines of coverage we could not be seen as a priority to call when our coverage lapsed due to an error with billing. Took them 3 months to call us.
