The front and back staff are very rude. They said that my health authorization was not present and I can just self pay for the appt. while I am on the phone with my insurance to get authorization sent to them. They say I need to put phone down and go to appt now! When I go back to exam area then that lady gives me attitude. “I you do not want an eye exam, you don’t have to be here!” I am not your child people. I had authorization changed to more respectful clinic. Very disappointed. Do NOT recommend this clinic.
The optical shop has good technicians with a WIDE range of frame styles, prices, and lenses for every age. They will work to make you happy with your glasses!
After taking my daughter to Vanderbilt, I was a little nervous about taking her to a regular optometrist.Dr Lori was wonderful and very kid friendly. My daughter loved her.
