I recently got my stair runner put in by Dickson Carpet One. I worked with Jessica and she was fantastic! She was patient and provided a lot of advice on design and material. I was really hoping to get it done before the Christmas holidays and she made it happen. She was quick with responding to all my questions as well. Would highly recommend Dickson Carpet One if you are looking for a stair runner. They have lots of different selections in store.
Kudos to Cindy and her staff for making this picky customer happy! I wanted my old carpet removed and replaced with new flooring throughout and I was very pleased with the service I received from everyone at Dickson. Special thanks to Wilf in sales, and the installers Bob & Doug!!
