What a fantastic, stress-free experience! We headed in to Dickson Carpet One on Sunday 16th August needing to find some carpet that could be made into various oddly sized rugs for our home - an older dog & slippery floors do not go well together! Jessica was outstanding—she took the time to really understand what we were looking for, helped us narrow down the options, and made the selection process easy and stress-free. We are very pleased with the installation of the carpet on our stairs. It looks great! We were treated with awesome service from Jessica and Cindy as they helped us pick the right product for our stairs and for our price point. From placing our order to completion was one week!
