I recently purchased a pool pump from Dickson Brothers Inc., and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I was told by staff that the pump was variable speed, which turned out to be incorrect. I was also told I had a 30-day return window if the product didn’t work out. After only 4 days, I realized the pump wasn’t suitable for my needs and returned it to the store with the original receipt. 07/17/2025- Hubby and I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a pool cleaner. We bought the cordless Polaris Freedom. It's doing a great job! Luke was very helpful and knowledgeable. They've always been very helpful assisting with our pool needs. Come see them for all your pool needs!
