We usually love Dicks and were excited when they opened, however the service here is awful. We have tried a couple of times before and it wasn't great but we decided to try again for my grandsons b-day because he like the games. The game room was closed for renovations so that was disappointing but understandable, the service however was not understandable, it took 30 minutes to get my drink, and 1-1/2 hours to get our food. When we complained to the manager the waitress was smirking and rude. We will never return here.

I came in on a Saturday night, the atmosphere was great. The waitress (I think her name was Haley) was prompt and very social. She brought out our food and let us know about all of the special on food and bar drinks that were going on. Overall the experience was wonderful and me and my husband will be going back!

Food was underwhelming. Burger boring and over cooked. Fries bland. Maybe they will improve once competition moves into the Town Center. Won't be back.

Tried this place 3 times and simply won't go back. The food is just bad. Last visit, my wife had chicken tenders and they were not edible. My wings weren't much better. I really think the lack of dining options in the area is keeping this place going.

Service is absolutely horrible. Waitresses ignore you, food is good, but not great. Save yourself some time and just go next door to Publix for wings. They are a lot more friendly over there.

Tried to have dinner here a few times because I live so close. Each time gets worse, tonight was my final straw. Burger sliders came out with inedible, the bun was so hard and old, I will never get rid of that taste, one bite it came out. The chicken tenders was covered in sauce, it was like think soup and good luck digging to find the chicken tenders! I want to support this establishment because I know the owner. But after four visits of poor service and very bad food, it's inexcusable. Food for a family of four had never come out sooner than 30 minutes, and some are served at the table before others. Orders are incomplete or wrong. The burgers are inedible. And the tables were dirty. Really wish I could provide a positive review but it has not improved over time.
