“Even though the restaurant was packed, our server Tiffany stayed calm, friendly, and completely on top of our table. Exceptional professionalism.” We will definitely be back!
We normally go here, very disappointing to walk in and not be able to get a table and when we go to sit down somebody's name is on the table reserved. When asked about it a waitress informed us that it's was for bingo... Very sad and disappointing to not be able to get a table where we wanted to have dinner. But because we were not playing bingo we cannot sit there. And there was more than one table with someone's name on for reserve...We walked out..
me and my gf have been to dicks a few times only because its 10 mins away and we have to constantly remind them about THERE OWN DRINK SPECIALS GOING ON!! so they don’t over charge us. My girlfriend went to go pay for the first time ever and they charged her more than double on drinks and their reasoning was “they forgot to take their MULTIPLE! $1.50 draft drinks specials signs down” just terrible service in total, i can see why the place is always empty lol.
