I have received Great Professional and personable service each time I’ve needed work or had a question.
They said they changed the transmission fluid, and another mechanic said it never happened. Then, they said they had to replace the whole transmission, when actually another mechanic confirmed it was just a solenoid pack. After, they wanted $90 for us to take it off the lot.
We could never say enough positive about Dick's Transmission. The staff and service is second to none! We recommend it to anyone that has transmission problems. Thank you! You guys are awesome!!
Fantastic customer service, very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The kind of business you know you can trust! Transmissions can be mystical and frighteningly complex and these guys know their stuff and even help you understand it as well. Will be recommending anyone I know here!
