When I woke up one day to find my car unable to shift, the dealership wanted $10k in repairs. Dick's got it taken care of for half the cost, and I was back on the road before the end of the next week. Great service
Expensive and horrible customer service. Constant issues after my car was serviced there.

These guys are scammers. There shop got broken into and they tried charging me for the key. He said his insurance doesn't cover it. I called my insurance company they got into contact with his insurance and told then the situation because of this fraudulent activity his policy got suspended. Also he tried to charge me 3x the cost of the part i ordered the part myself and saved over $ 500 . Then the final bill came and he by "error" added 350 to it.
