Clear communication, prompt service, and knowledgeable. Zack is a rarity these days.
Been using this service for the past 3 years. Zack is by far one of the best ,and most honest, mechanics I have ever worked with. Great all around!
The other reviewers are spot on, Zack is a very honest, strait-forward mechanic that goes out of his way to save you money and communicate all issues and options. Highly recommended for both great service and great work.
Their service department doesn't like to return calls for scheduling appointments. Time to go somewhere else.
Zack is great. The most important quality in a mechanic is honesty. I never feel like he's trying to squeeze money out of me or suggest frivolous repairs. He finds the "cheapest" way to fix your car and gives you all the pros and cons if you're choosing to use used parts (he gives you the option when it is available). I have an oil change plan at a local chain shop - every time I go in they suggest hundreds of dollars of repairs and the suggestions seem to change each time I go in.
