Walked into the store and spent 15 minutes looking for shoes and sizes on my own and not one person came back and asked me if I needed help. The 2 workers upfront were preoccupied socializing. I was never even greeted. Unfortunately, this is why people shop online. No benefit to walking into the store anymore.

Absolutley outstanding customer service! Had an issue with a treestand having wrong parts that other dicks sporting goods stores were not able to help with something that even the manufacturer of the stand wouldn't help with. But the Clay Dicks Sporting goods store manager went above and beyond to help my family and I out with this issue. Most certainly will patronize this store over any other location. A big thank you once again, To everyone that helped us out tonight!
