I had a very unpleasant experience trying to return a pair of shoes I bought a week ago. The staff said the shoes were ‘unsellable’ because there was a bit of dust on the sole, and the employee at the counter treated me dismissively, as if I had worn them outside. The Indian lady at the counter feels like she owns the store.The whole situation was frustrating it's not about the money, but about how I was treated. I won’t be returning to this store again.
Anything I need for my personal gym, workout gear, and my kids team sports, I can find here! The staff was very helpful today. I was greeted with a warm hello, the associate commented on my Patriots hat and when I was done even offered to help me carry the kettlebells, I was going to purchase, to the registers. Alexi rung me up and her enthusiasm was contagious. She was so nice, courteous, and helpful. Great experience.
They were great listeners and they took care of my concern. Store manager Trevor went above and beyond.
