I had the worst experience at Dick’s sporting goods in the Tustin market place Trevor the floor manager doesn’t have any people skills and he is extremely rude. Ethan the cashier Lacks common sense and he shouldn’t have a job dealing with customers. I would never shop at a Dicks store because they have deceiving advertising and they hire useless employees.
Props to Lucas for running such a great store - while another Dicks missed three dtaes for restringing my tennis racket, his store was able to deliver it amazingly fast. Kudos!
