I had a fantastic experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Tustin thanks to Alexi. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her customer service skills are outstanding — patient, knowledgeable, and truly attentive without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to encounter someone who makes shopping this easy and pleasant. Alexi is a true asset to the store, and I hope management recognizes how exceptional she is. I’ll definitely be back because of her!
They have lots of good clothes
Terrible customer service, unpleasant interaction with one of the cashiers. After waiting in line for a long time, and hoping that the "socializing" between a cashier and a customer would come to an end soon, I decided that enough was enough and left the 2 boxes of shoes I was going to buy on top of their candy merchandise.
