The employee Cobain in the golf department was absolutely amazing, he was patient with our party very informative and helped us dial in the perfect golf bag when we weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for then even went out of his way to help us during checkout. 10/10

Amazing customer service from Kyle at the Bend, Oregon store! We are in Bend seeing my family, and.flew in from Sydney Australia and flying out to London on Sunday so we couldn’t wait for an item to be delivered. Kyle went out of his way to find an alternative stocked item. Thanks again for showing my Aussie/British family how Americans are exceptional at customer service and are genuinely kind people ❤️
They usually have what we need and staff friendly and helpful. This time we we're looking for a collapsible wagon and found the perfect in the right size with the go-anywhere fat wheels. Also, it's better for our economy than always doing the Amazon app.
