Very disappointed in the lack of customer service to begin, Ryan, and the front end manager, Unfortunately did not get her name were extremely unprofessional. I tried to return an item for a different size. I bought the item with reward points. Upon trying to do the exchange, she (front end manager) said she had to return the item putting the reward points back onto the account, and not able to use them to repurchase the same item. I called the main customer service number, and they told me it was incorrect and asked to spea... read more
Very negative customer experience at this Bowman Road Dicks!!! Wanted to just do a simple clothing size exchange for a purchase made just three days earlier. The clueless clerk rushed to process a credit card return which was not what I asked for. So then I proceeded to get the correct size for the same exact items but was told that I needed to make a new purchase which would ring up at a higher cost??? I told him that's not right so he called a plumpy no talent assistant manager girl and she said that's the way they do it??... read more
