Cooper made us smile while buying the warranty. His parents should be proud.
Tried to return a tent, that I purchased yesterday because it wouldn't work, it kept collapsing. They refused to return it, even though its listed no where in the policy that it can't be return if opened, it wasn't used because it wouldn't even work. Chatted with support on dicks website they told me to take it back to the store that it is a returnable item even if opened, and that the team member was misinformed on the policies. Very fustrating experience especially when i drove an hour and back to the store to return it.
Terrible service from young shoe department associated. Never approach us for help when he clearly saw us wave at him for help.
Not what I expect from dicks
I am only rating the shoe department with the one star. If this is where you are shopping for shoes just know that you will need plenty of time because the employees are in no hurry to help anyone.
