Extremely disappointing service. I left my child’s bike here for almost a month, and they didn’t even start the repair or order the part needed. I called/spoke with the staff and even the manager, but nobody seemed to care or take responsibility. After waiting a month, I had to take the bike back and fix it myself. Very poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend this location

This store is example of why retail stores is going away. Several employees all over the store. Nobody was able to help. the checkout line was 15 customers deep with only 2 cashiers open and 2 managers standing around not bothered. I decided to leave with nothing and i ordered the item on line from competitor Dont waste your time here, expensive and understaffed
