This weekend I finally got some time to shop for myself, went to Dicks as I would normally do for casual sporting clothes. Selected numerous items and spent some time trying on training pants. After about an hour between finding someone to open the dressing room and selecting the pants I decided and went to the casher with over 250.00 in clothing. Little pricey but more variety of choices of equipment
Went in yesterday and needed to replace a Driver. Spoke with sales person "Art" and got excellent assistance and bought a new driver after using the golf facility. Art was extremely patient and honest with the suggestions. In Gilroy area there are not many facilities to assist in this regard. They have an excellent selection of sporting goods, especially Golf. Thanks "Art"
Call to get information on a item before I traveled to store. Call was answered in a professional manner and transfer was to the correct department and assistant was lots of help and told me exactly were to go when I arrive at store. Good customer service via phone.
Big store, big selection. The employees would not acknowledge me and I coudln't find any one working in the hunting/firearm section. I probably will not go back.
