This is not my kind of store but I had to admit that I did enjoy looking at lot of stuff. I came here to do pretend shopping with friends in my middle school and high school years. I really enjoy the interior of this store.

Golf department is knowledgeable, patient and respectful. Friendly gentlemen, Tom, Mitch and Don were helpful and informative when helping me choose the right clubs. I have purchased several from this store. I also have utilized this golf team to work on my clubs. I have had multiple shafts and grips replaced there. They are pleasure to work with and I highly recommend golfers of all levels to stop in and see this team.
I had the pleasure to meet the manager Mike and sales associate Joshua. Both greeted my son and I and went above and beyond to assist with finding the perfect birthday gift. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and will treat you like you are family. I highly recommend visiting Dick's Sporting Goods in Plantation for all your shopping needs. Dick's Wichita no longer carries fishing equipment.
I had some issues with on online order and was having issues with customer service I ended up reordering shoes myself and did curbside pick up at Mall the young lady thought brought the shoes out was so pleasant and a people person she listened to me grumble knew I was frustrated and did the return for me. I said I was done with Dicks but I think I will be returning to their store! Keep up the good job you took a unpleasant situation and made me feel better ! Thank you
