I had the worst experience at Richmond, IN Dick’s location yesterday. I placed an order for curbside pick up (waited longer than expected, I checked in via email but ended up calling them to let them know I was outside). One of the items I purchased was a compact camp table ($40). I was informed that the item was defective and that the other ones they had were too but if I’d like I could come in and pick out “the best one.” I told the associate to please remove the item from my online order to be told that I’d have to return... read more
Staff were friendly....for most part. For football we couldn't find any bigger sizes for their practice jerseys. All out were s and m. Really??? Then asked one gentleman if he could help and he said no that's all they carried and then had nerve to snicker at pur son who is one of the bigger boys. Smdh Will go to Dunham's down road.
