Haven't ever spent a large amount of money in this store. Well made a 400 dollar purchase of kayaks. The gentleman (I believe his name was Jeff) was such a grump about bringing them out and loading them I get it, I'm sure it's tiring but I've worked a full day also and coming in to spend that much money and not even to hear a 'thank you have a nice day'. Not from him or any of the employees. Just disappointing.... I get really irritated when I spend alot of money at a store and have to deal with a grouch of an employee..

Disappointing the coupon mailed to me has restrictions on just about all name brand products in the store. The back of coupon simply reads some exclusions apply.
My associate Meghan was extremely rude when I asked her about a coupon this was by far my worst visit at the Sandusky store... I always use dicks sporting goods as my go to for all my kids sporting equipment and more, but after today I may have to change to Dunhams... not very happy�
The lack of respect you showed my future wife yesterday in the shoe department was a disgrace. Your lack of caring was disgusting. You never asked if you could help her at any point. You acted like we where taking up your time. Just to let you know I feel like you where sucking up my good air. If you are not going to care about your job then find a new one. So for those of you that are disabled please do not shop here.
