RecommendedGreat store and very helpful
Dont go here for worms. Both containers i purchased had frozen dead worms. A waste of $10, my gas and my time, and a big disappointment for my son upon arriving to the lake. Yeah I should have probably checked the bait, but so should the employees daily. I came here because they were open till 9, when others were closed... never again.
RecommendedAwesome staff and customer service today considering I jumped the gun on an online order that ended up not being in stock. I dealt with the Store Manager, and 3 associates while I was there. Made a bike purchase and everyone was extremely great.
I stopped going to Dicks when they stopped carrying Scentblocker because they have card in the pocket with scripture on it.

BEWARE: I just had a case of identity theft through this store- Dicks of Richfield! I ordered (specifically) 2 Yeti’s mid June, both as gifts and actually the Richfield store was out of stock so I ended up ordering them through the Roseville location and successfully picked them up. I had the worst experience at Richmond, IN Dick’s location yesterday. I placed an order for curbside pick up (waited longer than expected, I checked in via email but ended up calling them to let them know I was outside). One of the items I purchased was a compact camp table ($40). Ordered a kayak online this morning to pick up and went to pick it up after grabbing a few things in the store. They just set it outside without saying a word or confirming it was me until they all started freaking out asking if I bought two kayaks after I said several times who I was and what I ordered (one kayak).
