There was an entire rack of shorts with a sign for $19.98. Go to check out and of course they don’t ring like that. I show the cashier the picture of the sign and rack. She is ready to honor the sale when her manager stops her mid transaction. He went back there and added different shorts that were supposed to be there. They were ugly and white. They also were no where in the picture I took... hmmm. I of course called the corporate number, they admitted that was wrong. So that makes me think Dicks might be alright. But a man... read more
Very disappointed with this location multiple times (except the Bike department, that guy actually cares and should be in customer service)
HUGE THANKS TO SCOTT, A MANAGER! We were on our way to buy wrestling shoes for a tournament in the morning. The store had already closed so I called and asked if he would let us in that we already knew what we needed. He let us in and had the shoes waiting for us at register! AWESOME SERVICE! Totally didn't have to do that, but he chose to!
