So about a month ago I bought my daughter a bat from Dicks Sporting Goods. The man who helped us said she could take the bat, hit a few balls, and if she didn't like it, we could return it. I highly suggest if you're going to sell fire arms, you should hire a certified gun smith that is able to fix the problem, offer a refund, or replace the item. The service I received from your store is a joke. You guys should not be dealing with fire arms period!
Shop local gun shops for guns, don't buy guns at dicks. Their service is non existent. They have absolutely no clue about guns. Need a pair of running shoes, go to dicks....need a gun, go to a gun shop where they'll replace/or make a faulty gun right!!!
We Had an issue with a gun safe we purchased 3 days ago. We went back into the store to speak with the Manager (Tom.) He told us that we have to call the maufacterur because if we try to fix the problem out selves we lose our warranty. Let me see you come drag this 550 pound safe back to the store to exchange it and possibly have the same problem again. Tom told us that it's between us and the manufacturer.
