We were at the Dicks in the mall, there was an item my wife wanted but they could not find it even though it showed on their system. They suggested we call this location to make sure they could find the item. I called and gave them the item numbers and they said they would call us back. We are still waiting and that was 24 hrs ago. Poor customer service
