I had Robert Mruczkowski... a new haircutter I heard was a new addition to Dicks. Well, I thought I would give him a try. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. I had booked a 30 minute haircut. Well he buzzed it. He didn't really listen to me when I said, I didn't want it that short and he used a thinning scissors which I really didn't want. Rob did a fantastic job with my cut and beard trim. The energy was super positive inside. A well oiled machine. Kavin the manager/owner communicated well with the team and also uplifted the moral by celebrating Rob's talents before I sat on the chair. I made my appointment online right before coming in, the system selected Kavin for me. Weeks before, Rob had come into where I work, we connected and left his business card.
