Research before you rent any equipment from them! We rented a knee scooter because of a ankle surgery. They told us when we rented it for $75 per month that the breaks didn't work. We looked on Amazon. It's $114 for the exact same scooter! Think about buying instead of renting, at least the breaks will work. We rented for 3 months. We could have bought 2 scooters for that price.

I've been waiting 3 weeks for my prescription. I live an hour from the location! I called and begged them to wait 5 minutes to close that I would be on my way (I get off work at 4 and can't leave any sooner!) I literally pulled in at 5:05 and the place was empty- knowing I was minutes away they literally had to have jumped in there car at 5 and left!
