The service department went above and beyond to get me on the road on a Saturday. When other shops refused to get an alternator until Tuesday, the team sourced one, had me back on the road within a few hours.
I did not have the best experience with the service department. I called in because my tire had a nail in it and it needed to be replaced/patched up so the service rep told me to come in at 5:30pm or as soon as I could since I explained to him I was just getting off work and heading to their dealership. I get there and I am not even acknowledged for 20 minutes so I am just standing there while the rep is helping someone else ( a quick "hi i'll be with you as soon as i can" would be nice). had been communicating with Josh over the phone about the car and he was super helpful throughout the whole process. On the day I came to pick up the car, Josh wasn’t in the office, so Ola helped us instead. He was also really helpful and patient with us and took the time to explain every question I had about the car. Great experience overall!
Had a good experience with servicing my car here. They checked me in right away. The woman that checked me in was very professional and pleasant. Sent me text message updates when the car was ready for pick up. Check out was also very quick and efficient.
Do NOT buy a car here. My husband had a Honda he used to get it serviced here, and and they seemed competent so when I saw a car on their website that was just what I was looking for (2022 Mercedes GLC 300), I though I'd check it out. Since it would be late when I got home from work he stopped in and talked to a sales rep and said we'd be in on Saturday to test drive it and took his card.
