I stopped in for a very small task, moving a hitch receiver to a different mount (essentially loosening a large nut and moving it to another mount). Pros: They were able to help me immediately. Cons: They aren't discount at $150/hr. My job took 10 minutes and cost $75 as a minimum charge. The mechanic WAY over tightened the nut to 1500 PSI with an impact wrench to the point that metal shavings came off of the screw. The shop is a mess- lots of piles of junk with dust on everything.
