After being a customer for years.. we had an emergency today after running out of oil and called for a delivery. I agreed to pay the emergency delivery price and was then told I’m not an automatic delivery customer so they wouldn’t deliver. After explaining that I was home pregnant with small children the women just said sorry and hung up. Guess the name suits them well. Will be using another company from now on.
Tools went missing when they primed my furnace back in the fall. Now when I have to prime my own machine I dont have the proper tools and they quote me $270 to start my furnace when I just need my tools back. Will call the office Monday and see if they can make things right here.
much cheaper options.. “15 cent off” isnt really a deal… they are literally just charging you today’s oil price.. dont waste time.. much better options..
