This place is TRASH. Take your money elsewhere. The salesman are good at making promises, but not following up. Cleary this is an issue because they are really good at screening phone calls and never returning messages. They even thought I was someone else, we had a similar issue. If you want to deal with someone completely incompetent ask for Jake, the tall overweight guy that has no idea what he is doing, but will lie to sign a sale. The managers aren't any better. Do not buy from this place! Worst costumer service ever. Purchased the 2022 Silver Edge that is on website right now (they've had it in shop since 6/19 and this was the 3rd time having to take it in.). Had it for 2& 1/2 mnths, nothing but problems. They had it in the shop for most of that time! After fighting back and forth for weeks, I finally got my money back and bought at another dealership. These guy's are rude, disrespectful and never know what's going on. Save your time and $, go somewhere else.
I do not recommend this service department to anyone nor will we ever return. We took our 2017 F150 in for the timing chains to be replaced. The 1-2 day service turned into 4 after they broke the manifold bolt while doing the repair. It took multiple phone calls and attempts to pick up the truck because of lack of communication from their service advisor. Service was horrible. The service rep was extremely rude. To make matters worse, they called and told me my truck was ready to be picked up after having a basic service completed with fluids changed, etc. However, when I got there had to wait three additional hours in the waiting room. Talk about a nightmare. It gets even worse, They put a significant scratch in the passenger side door of my brand new F250 truck. I will NEVER take my vehicles there again.
