Detail inspection to identify the source of the issue my Jeep was having. It takes communication and patience to help resolve the issue with the coolent temperature warning. Happy with the service they have provided.
Fast and courteous and friendly service
Had some emissions issues with my 2010 Toyota Venza. Took it to a few repair shops till I was referred to Dick's automotive. They figured out what the issues where and clearly explained what issues needed to be addressed along with printed out recommendations. Now my car is running fantastic! A really big thank you to Nate at the front counter. Very professional and down to earth. Will definitely be back for future service and recommending this shop to family and friends

Great help getting in right away. Friendly service. Asked for them to check for a possible transmission leak. They located a leak in my water pump. I was also given a full vehicle inspection that wasn’t asked for and recommendations for $4800 in fixes. $707 for a one axle brake job. $112 for a cabin filter ($20 at Walmart). A $1030 estimate for the water pump replacement. I paid $377 for the in Oregon for the water pump. A transmission service was estimated $670.
