The guys were great. I thought l was getting a quote only but they fixed my garage door right away. They were actually earlier than the appointment window and called ahead. The repair cost a lot less than l was expecting!
Had a frayed cable on my garage door. Called and they were out same day, replaced both cables and serviced the garage door within 1 hour of calling. Ethyn was great and provided some helpful service tips before leaving. Great customer experience all around.
The guys at Dicks Automatic Door are awesome! They go above and beyond. They are respectful and eager to help. The quality of work is top notch. The company is also very organized when a customer calls to address an issue at a storage facility. They work their hardest to address a repair in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company! Ethyn was so great to work with today.
My garage door came off track. Two gentlemen came out to fix the problem. They were very friendly and took 15-20 minutes to fix the problem. They oiled the rollers, adjusted the spring and made sure the door was closing properly. I highly recommend Dick's Automatic Door!!! They do excellent work!!
Came out within 2 hours of my call. Knowledgeable & friendly techs. Great service and fair prices!
