Just called. Asked if they could install a touch screen interface (radio unit). Rep on phone said “we don’t do those.” But I go on here and see all the touch screen radios. Thing is, I know how to do it but I have limited time. I was going to pay likely whatever they said within reason. Oh and it was for two vehicles. But they don’t do that. I’m tempted to call back tomorrow but I don’t tolerate nonsense well. They obviously could have said we are booked till April or asked me more questions about the unit I wanted. But no. ... read more
