Helped me get my battery working after the huge snowstorm. He Was friendly and available despite the storm. I had my car towed there with no prior notice and they got to it as soon as they could.
Dick’s Auto recently inspected a potential purchase for me. They were quick and thorough and answered all my questions. Gave me the honest story on the car and helped make a clear decision.
I had him replace my engine back in the spring, however I had given them replacement injector studs which were not ever installed. They also reused a bolt that had a torx head, but was tack welded a bolt on top to get it off (By me previously to get it off), which had backed off. They also never cleaned the injectors, which I thought would have been done out of curtesy.
