I had a problem with a job Jay did for me 2 years and 9 months ago . I was upset about the quality of the replacement parts Jay ordered from a reliable source, which of course Jay cannot control. Jay replaced what he saw as necessary and this $500.00 job was volunteered by Jay, no cost to me. I will continue as a loyal customer of Dick's Auto Care.
Their service, communication, professionalism, timeliness, and pricing were completely on point. I recently moved to this area and am really glad I found an honest and good shop to get work done
Wonderful people! They welcomed me in on a holiday when no other shop could. They understood I was scared about my car and on a tight schedule and took care of it! The man who helped me was so kind. Thank you!!!
