Dr. Dickoff was exceptionally rude and arrogant, as well as very unprofessional with sharing his personal life with us as new patients. He told us specifics about his current dating practice (we never asked nor couldn’t have cared less!), and we found his comments to be repulsive for a man his age and in his profession. I called him out on his patient arrogance more than once, and I am 100% convinced that the new medicine he prescribed for my husband may have caused the pulmonary embolism that quickly killed him. The doctor is Knowledgeable in his field. Explains things adequately> Thank you Doctor!
The wait time was over 2 hours. When we finally saw the doctor, he barely examined my mom, quickly prescribed an antipsychotic without explaining it, and ended the visit in under 15 minutes. I still had concerns, but he walked out, and the receptionist told me to wait again if I wanted to ask anything else. Not long after, my mom had another seizure, something I believe could’ve been prevented if he actually listened and took the time. We’ve found a new doctor now who truly cares. I won’t be coming back here.
