Went to this location based on a Google recommendation and called ahead. They guided me right away, and the whole experience was quick and easy. I needed my new Seiko resized, and the gentleman had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Great atmosphere, polite staff, and excellent service overall.
My husband and I have visited this lovely jewelry store several times, for everything from a simple watch battery to adding to my wedding set—and most recently, repairing a modest but deeply treasured piece of jewelry. Every visit has been a wonderful experience. They are always so kind, attentive, and consistently makes us feel valued as customers. Also, very honest about purchases. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for exceptional service or a special purchase.
Friendly, approachable, patient and professional! Love this jewelry store! They’ve resized rings for me, repaired necklaces, replaced watch batteries, appraised pieces for me, and even bought old pieces from me for my mother in law.
