Waited around and never got waited on.
Although they weren't able to help me with an older watch repair, the technician was amiable and pleasant about the interaction. No hard sells, no shenanigans. They also told me an option of who to send it to for proper repairs. Very helpful.
Great experience. Don’t think we will be going anywhere else for our jewelry needs. Rod was very patient when adjusting my watch (3 times) until it felt perfect!! The store was also spotless and they had a cute pup guarding the store. We will be back!

Went to this location based on a Google recommendation and called ahead. They guided me right away, and the whole experience was quick and easy. I needed my new Seiko resized, and the gentleman had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Great atmosphere, polite staff, and excellent service overall.
