They earned four stars for the following two reasons: 1. There was a grinding sound while breaking for yeeears. I took the vehicle to five other mechanics, all of whom did not fix the grinding noise. Dickinson’s fixed it. 2. They didn’t even want to do the repair because the vehicle is “pretty krusty” underneath and I would be better off putting the money towards something else. If you have a lot of work on your vehicle don't go here they will tell you it's not worth it and say to junk it.
Sincere, safe, and professioal staff when we had a car deer collision. Treated us with respect and understanding given the situation where our car was totaled and helped us with arrangements with the insurance company. When we came to empty out the car today they were very helpful with the process, and the car was safe and secured. Excellent in the towing and customer care department. Thank you all.
Work Vehicle leaking oil all over, dropped off without calling ahead on friday afternoon and by Tuesday morning they had me fixed up and back in service! Couldn't recommend more. Thanks Bobby!
