Have taken amazing care of us with all of our vehicles, most recently took in for Brakes, rotors, and oil change. I also had Bobby check out wheel bearings because a month ago when I got new tires at one of the "Chain" tire shops they had told me wheel bearing was going bad and needed to be replaced. Glad I didn't have them do it because Bobby didn't notice anything wrong with them. They do great work and are all great guys. Was charged exactly what I was quoted. Absolutely the best customer service experience I’ve had at any repair shop recently. Vehicles in fast and done fast! Everything explained well and in detail. Paid what I was quoted! Highly Recommend!
They earned four stars for the following two reasons: 1. There was a grinding sound while breaking for yeeears. I took the vehicle to five other mechanics, all of whom did not fix the grinding noise. Dickinson’s fixed it. 2. They didn’t even want to do the repair because the vehicle is “pretty krusty” underneath and I would be better off putting the money towards something else.
