We reserved a camping spot a month in advance. We traveled over 12 hours to get there and someone else was in our camping spot that refused to leave. I called multiple times when we arrived and left messages. I have yet to hear back and its been over 2 weeks. I finally emailed them and they said they'll "look into it". We had to find other accommodations after I planned a huge road trip across the country. Totally unacceptable.

We spent many a day at the wonderful rec center on our recent 3 week visit to Dickinson, and it started to feel like home! The staff were beyond helpful, especially the absolutely wonderful Sarah, who went out of her way to comfort and distract my toddler when he banged his knee and made sure we were so well looked after.
