The wait time is ridiculous. I’ve never gotten into my appointment even close to the time I was scheduled. They are always so far behind. Make sure you have nothing else to do after your appointment. The nurse that always calls on the phone when I need the drs advice is also rather incompetent. Was called 5 different times over the course of 2 weeks and asked the exact same questions every time. Dr Shein is nice and knowledgeable but that doesn’t make up for the poor patient service.
Excellent service. Love my doctor and staff. I would recommend them.
