I took an Omega chain in to be repaired. It had a big chunky pendant that I loved, but the lock refused to remain closed and the pendant would randomly fall off. Nothing we did would keep the lock secure. The repair was made timely, was reasonably priced and there was no compromise to the piece. In fact, the lock operates better than when I first purchased it. I feel confident wearing it out and about. I will continue to shop at this family owned business and will recommend it to one and all.
