The entire process was easy, both Dickinson and PHC Construction were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I liked the BuilderTrend app that PHC recently introduced, it did a nice job of knowing where we were and having a central place for all information, from weekly pictures of the build to invoice and change orders. We chose to do some of the interior painting and trim ourselves, so you can choose what you want done and what you want to tackle. I love my Dickinson home! It is everything I had hoped for and more. Dave Sand at Dickinson was my go to. He helped me with every aspect of the process, and made it all easy.
