Mike was really open, honest and diligent! He was able to find the cause of my AC underperforming, offered a few options and was explaining everything he was doing. His quotes are very reasonable and was significantly lower than what another company has quoted me. We had a great experience with Dickinson Heating and Air! I contacted Mike on Saturday morning because our AC wasn’t running properly, and he told me he could be at our house that afternoon after I got off work. He arrived promptly as promised and quickly diagnosed the issue.
