My company called them they showed up they didn't have the part on hand but he made it work with what he had I'm appreciated of that.
I’ve worked for two large companies that use them. Horrible. Multiple bad experiences with them. I just had my truck serviced over the weekend and again another botched job. I came in the morning to warm my truck up and do a pre trip. Opened the hood and oil was spraying everywhere. They left their funnel and my oil cap on top the motor. Seriously. Brand new truck coated in oil now..smh
