They like to pass you around on the phone and lead you to dead ends. 4 different departments and I couldn't getvto the one that handled mobile repairs for non account holders for a wheelbearing change.

Definitely would NOT recommend Dickinson Fleet of Baltimore. Customer service was extremely poor, they overcharge for the smallest things. They are also VERY slow at getting to your truck. Be prepared to sit for 1-2 months without your truck if you bring it to these guys.
