I was an employee and witnessed mutiple cases of cutting corners at the customers expence. John Holmes and David Shon lied to one of our customers (Shred-It) in reference to a engine that failed, saying it was because of driver error when in fact it was because they had a mechanic that had no experenice with trucks work on it.
