Ordered catering for an event. Apparently the Winghouse prepares all their food and a third party delivers it. First the awesome people over at wing house never received the order from Dickies. Then the delivery driver left without telling anyone when he would be back to get the order. I picked the food up myself and was 40min later that I had anticipated for the 40 attending to eat. Very disappointing for a $1063.54 catering order.
Brisket on point. Perfect trim on the fat cap. Only issue is without access to my own pit, I would like to get a whole straight out. Definitely getting again.
