I don’t usually write bad reviews, but when I do, I’m very frustrated and this place was disgusting in terms of food and quality. The brisket was not fresh it was chewy and flavorless, felt more like eating sliced well done steak. It was definitely microwaved on top of that. They gave me chicken that was less than half a chicken breast for the 2 meat platter and the mac & cheese seem like something that they microwaved as well and it was not fresh. I wish I could rate their food negative. Their brisket tasted like boiled meat which was left in the fridge for weeks. Their burgers are a joke as well. It only had soggy bun with dried chicken and bbq sauce. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
I placed an order for the baked potato combo and 1/4 smoked turkey only to get a phone call minutes later stating that they did not have any of the items in my order. I then ask them to refund me in which I was not refunded. The man stated he had to call his manager in order to get me canceled and refunded. I waited hours and hours and hours I still was not refunded so I decided to call them back to inquire about my refund. UPDATE: Changing my service to one star, the owner commented below asking to email them and it's been months with no response. They are pretending to care when they really don't. This business deserves to fail Brisket was disgusting. Cold, burnt to a crisp, tasted like cheap jerky. Very hard to bite into and chew, I was hoping it would be more tender.
