During a long road trip, I noticed there was a Dickeys not too far from our route. I have always enjoyed brisket and pulled pork from Dickeys. This time was a big disappointment. I purchased a pound of brisket and pulled pork to take with us. The brisket was dry, chewy, and way overcooked, with very little flavor from spice. I ended up throwing most of it into the garbage. Very relaxed, like a picnic. Food is great. Beer cold...nice on hot day. Plenty of seating and parking. Ramps for handicapped. Runs 10 to 22 dollars per person.
The food was good, but the pulled pork was a little salty.
