Let me tell you something: you have to try really hard to cook brisket that’s hard as rock and smokey chicken that's as bad as cardboard. What an awful place to waste your money! I make better brisket in my Instant Pot. Happy to host the chef 🥹🫡 The staff is great. Nothing against them!
Driest brisket I have ever had by far, made it almost inedible. How do you serve something that dry and think it is okay? How do you even call yourself a BBQ restaurant not serving beef ribs? Oh and btw Texas toast is not a dry biscuit.
